Birdie has been part of our team since June 1995. She brought 12 years of experience working in a general dental practice prior to joining us.

Birdie assists our patients with the financial and insurance aspects of treatment. She also enjoys the “behind the scenes” work that helps make the Whitney and Robertson Orthodontics practice run smoothly.

Birdie and her husband Marvin have a son and daughter, three grandchildren, and two schnauzers. When she isn’t doing her part to help patients financially achieve the smiles they’ve always dreamed of, she enjoys traveling with her husband, relaxing in her pool, and most importantly, spending time with her family.

HeatherHeather- Marketing/Appointment Engineer

Heather is our marketing guru and all around office cheerleader who never shies away from a chance to dress up in costumes while marketing our practice.

Heather earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Auburn University, and she brought her marketing prowess and mad barista skills to our practice in September 2003.

This married mother of a son and daughter serves as professional chauffeur to her children. She loves the relationships she builds with our patients and their families, and making them laugh!

When it’s time to get away, Heather and her family love vacationing at St. George Island, Florida.

She is the perfect fit for our team after having been part of our practice while her two children and husband underwent orthodontic treatment. Being on both sides of the scheduling desk means she prides herself on finding creative ways to accommodate our patients’ scheduling needs to suit their families’ busy lifestyles.

When Lyn-Nell isn’t here, she enjoys making things, whether it’s a great meal, taking a beautiful photograph, or bringing to life a fun find on Pinterest. Her favorite vacation spots are Athens and the beach.

Megan loves having fun with our young patients, building relationships with them, and doing things that enable them to enjoy their time in our office at each visit. She is a former patient herself who had a complicated orthodontic case and underwent years of treatment and oral surgeries. Because of that, she relates to our patients and is quick to remind them that treatment is worth it!
